In the heart of St. Petersburg, the Florida Masonic Home buzzed with excitement as the annual “Christmas in October” event unfolded. Organized by the dedicated brothers of the 27th and 29th Masonic Districts of Florida, this year’s celebration promised to be special, and it did not disappoint.
On a sunny Saturday morning, brothers from across South Florida gathered, their spirits high and arms loaded with gifts. As they arrived, the vibrant decorations—twinkling lights, cheerful ornaments, and festive banners—set the perfect scene. The atmosphere was electric with anticipation, as volunteers mingled with the residents, sharing warm greetings and heartfelt smiles.
One of the highlights of the day was a surprise visit from Santa Claus, who arrived with a sleigh full of gifts.
